A reputed company engaged in manufacturing and supply of refractory and industrial products is hiring a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities, machine performance, and mechanical operations within the plant. - Supervise mechanical maintenance and repair activities of plant machinery and equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production operations.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and operational delays.
- Inspect equipment regularly and identify mechanical issues proactively.
- Ensure proper utilization of tools, spare parts,



and maintenance resources.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and machine history documentation.
- Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and mechanical workforce.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures, and company policies.
- Support installation, commissioning, and improvement of machinery when required.
- Candidates with manufacturing or industrial mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
