About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers and drive technical innovation. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative setting, guiding and mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web applications. You will provide technical direction, oversee code reviews, and support the growth of your team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of engineers working on web development projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, including conducting code reviews and offering technical support.
- Foster a collaborative environment where engineers feel empowered to share ideas and continuously improve.
- Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and support the professional development of team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations to ensure alignment and successful execution of business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce best practices in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and software engineering processes.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to improve efficiency and quality.
- Continuously monitor and improve team productivity,



ensuring a high standard of code quality and application performance.
- Manage the overall technical direction of the team, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong technical expertise in web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js a plus).
- Minimum 3 Years Proven experience in leading a distributed or remote engineering team, with a focus on delivering high-impact projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of engineers/software developers
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and software testing.
- Experience with code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and guiding engineers toward continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, and leadership to achieve business goals.
- Comfortable working with teams across multiple time zones, with a shift pattern that aligns with the UK timezone (1 PM – 10 PM IST or 2 PM – 11 PM IST).
- Comfortable to Work in Hybrid Mode in Vasai(Maharashtra)
