Experience: 1 to 5 years in education counseling

Key Responsibilities: Career Counseling:

- Provide guidance on educational programs and career opportunities.

- Assess students' and professionals' skills, interests, and career aspirations.

- Offer personalized career plans based on individual goals.

Student Engagement & Support:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address career-related concerns.

- Assist in selecting appropriate courses, certifications, and career paths.

- Organize seminars and workshops on career development.

Communication & Coordination:

- Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and institutions.





- Collaborate with educational institutions to stay updated on program offerings.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

- Utilize computer applications for data entry and documentation.

- Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of career counseling practices and education trends.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office.

- Passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
