We are looking for a Plant Head with a strong electronics background to lead and manage all aspects of our manufacturing unit. The role involves overseeing production, quality, maintenance, and operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and high product standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily plant operations and teams.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electronic systems and automation lines.
- Drive productivity, quality, and process improvements.
- Monitor preventive maintenance and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of electronics, automation, and industrial systems.
- Proven leadership in plant operations.
- Experience in electronics/automation/EMS industries preferred.
