Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports & financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports as required by the management
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare necessary documentation for Internal audits.
- Cost Curtailment: Identifying and Managing Costs to improve the financial performance.
Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns, and coordinate with tax advisors as needed.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
ERP Systems and Process Improvement:
- Manage and optimize accounting systems and processes.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of ERP systems to enhance financial reporting and data management.
Finalize yearly books for Tax Audit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally & advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, Team handling, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
