Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose and fix electrical problems on injection molding machines, including issues with PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, motors, relays, and sensors..

- Preventive maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on electrical panels, wiring, and components to prevent breakdowns and ensure consistent machine performance.

- Installation and commissioning: Assist with the installation, wiring, and setup of current machines and electrical control systems.

- Auxiliary equipment: Maintain and repair the electrical systems of support equipment like chillers, temperature controllers, and robots.

- Collaboration: Work with mechanical and production teams to resolve machine stoppages quickly and ensure operational efficiency.

- Documentation:



Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and machine downtime.

- Safety: Ensure all electrical work complies with safety norms, including proper lockout-tagout procedures.

- Process improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to increase machine efficiency and energy conservation.

Qualifications:

- Education: A diploma in electrical engineering or a related field is often required.

- Experience: Previous experience in electrical maintenance, particularly with injection molding machines, is essential.
