Lead and conduct internal audits for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with IndAS (Indian Accounting Standards).
Provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving clients’ financial performance and internal controls.
Liaise with clients to understand their financial needs, provide timely updates, and offer solutions to accounting-related challenges.
Handle accounting and taxation matters, including filing returns, handling tax audits, and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations.
Assist clients in the implementation of recent accounting standards (IndAS) and other regulatory changes.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in financial reporting.
Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and optimization in clients' accounting systems and processes.
Travel to client sites as required, ensuring quality service delivery and building strong client relationships.
Keep up-to-date with the latest accounting, auditing, and taxation regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid membership.
Proven experience in internal auditing, accounting, and compliance with IndAS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and audits.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
