Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to engage with prospective clients through calls, chats, webinars, and digital channels. You will understand their health goals, recommend the right nutrition programs, and guide them toward the best solutions.

This is a consultative sales role focused on converting qualified leads into paying clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting Balance Nutrition's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective clients through calls, Whats App, chats, and virtual consultations.
- Understand clients' health goals and recommend the most suitable Balance Nutrition programs.




- Educate clients about our services and build trust through consultative conversations.
- Convert leads from social media, the Balance Nutrition App, webinars, workshops, referrals, and other channels into paying clients.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Build robust client relationships through regular follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Collaborate with the Nutrition, Marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Share customer feedback and insights to support product improvements and content initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Who We're Looking For
