As part of our expansion, we are building dedicated leadership teams for our flagship investment vertical— Dholera .

We are looking for experienced leaders who understand investment selling, can manage teams, and consistently deliver business results.

Position Overview We are looking for Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers with proven experience in Dholera real estate sales .

The ideal candidate should have successfully sold Dholera investment opportunities, possess strong market knowledge, and have experience leading and motivating sales teams.

This is a leadership role where you will manage a dedicated team while driving revenue growth and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership Lead and manage a dedicated sales team.

Coach, mentor, and motivate team members.

Monitor daily performance and productivity.

Conduct regular sales reviews and performance discussions.

Help recruit and onboard new team members whenever required.

Revenue Generation Drive individual as well as team revenue.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Ensure high conversion rates from enquiry to booking.

Guide the team in handling investor consultations and deal closures.

Client Advisory Conduct investment consultations.

Understand customer investment objectives.

Recommend suitable Dholera investment opportunities.

Build long-term investor relationships.

Lead Management The company will provide:



Qualified digital leads CRM support Marketing support Product training Ensure timely follow-up and maximum lead conversion.

Market Knowledge Maintain a strong understanding of: Dholera development updates Government infrastructure initiatives Investment potential Pricing trends Future growth opportunities Keep clients informed with accurate market insights.

Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years and 10 years of real estate sales experience.

Mandatory experience in Dholera real estate sales .

Experience managing sales teams is preferred.

Solid communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.
