About the Role:

L2 Level activities, responsible for 24/7 Build & Run activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring the Technology s & ensuring corrective actions with L1 & L2 level of skill set. Installation of all the components and sub components.
- Configuration of devices and components.
- Troubleshooting of issues.
- Handling L1 & L2 Tickets.
- Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

- Foundation / Intermediate Level- Microsoft, RHEL, IBM-AIX, Dell-EMC, Hitachi, EMC Networker, CISCO, Juniper, HPE, Oracle, VMware, F5,Radware,ITIL.
- Graduation with Computer & Electronics background.
- Bachelor in Computer science or B.E.

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
