Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective English language lessons.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and study materials.
Assess students' performance through tests, quizzes, and classroom activities.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage participation and build students' confidence in communication.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, and school activities.




Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools is an added advantage.
Experience
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
1–3 years of teaching experience is preferred.
