We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch performance, leading the team, driving business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to ensure high productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Recruit, train, and evaluate employees to enhance team performance.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.




Identify current business opportunities and implement growth initiatives.
Coordinate with the head office and other departments for smooth branch operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
3–7 years of experience in branch management, operations, sales, or business development.
Prior experience in team management and achieving business targets is preferred.
