Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and seminars in the assigned subject area.
Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and teaching resources.
Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.
Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals.
Participate in curriculum development and academic program reviews.
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student projects, where applicable.




Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports on time.
Participate in departmental meetings, faculty committees, and institutional activities.
Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current with advancements in the relevant discipline through career development.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in the relevant discipline (Ph.D. preferred or as required by the institution).
Qualification as per applicable higher education regulatory requirements.
Prior teaching or research experience is preferred.
Strong academic and subject knowledge.
