We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Jewellery Appraiser to accurately evaluate gold, silver, diamond, and other precious jewellery. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical knowledge, integrity, and excellent customer service skills while ensuring precise valuation in accordance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Examine and appraise gold, silver, diamond, and other precious jewellery for quality, purity, weight, and authenticity.
Determine the value of jewellery based on market rates, purity, gemstones, and overall condition.
Perform purity testing using approved appraisal methods and equipment.
Prepare accurate appraisal reports and maintain proper valuation records.
Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.




Assist customers by explaining the appraisal process and valuation results professionally.
Support gold loan, purchase, exchange, or pledge transactions as applicable.
Ensure safe handling, storage, and security of jewellery during the appraisal process.
Stay updated on current precious metal prices, gemstone values, and market trends.
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and ethical standards in all appraisal activities.

Qualifications
Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
Certification or training in Jewellery Appraisal, Gemology, or Gold Valuation is preferred.
1–5 years of experience in jewellery appraisal, gold valuation, or a related field.
Fresh candidates with relevant certification may also be considered.
