We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator (Hardware & Networking) to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer hardware, software, servers, and network systems to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux operating systems.
Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
Manage Active Directory, user accounts, email accounts, and system permissions.
Perform system backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.




Monitor server performance and ensure maximum system uptime.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install software updates, security patches, and antivirus solutions.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve helpdesk tickets.
Ensure network security and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and warranty support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are an added advantage.
