Job Description Job Summary:
n We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical candidate with 4–5 years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, statutory compliance, IndAS/ IFRS, LODR requirements.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
n Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including preparation and review of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS/IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements.
n Prepare and present management reports, board reports, financial statements, and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders.
n Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, corporate, and regulatory requirements, including SEBI (LODR) Regulations, stock exchange filings, and other listed-company reporting obligations.
n Drive the consolidation process across domestic and international subsidiaries, including intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries,



foreign currency translation adjustments, and consolidation adjustments.
n Handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making.
n Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
n Support leadership with financial insights and business planning
n Maintain internal financial controls and process improvements
n Monitor developments in accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and reporting frameworks, ensuring timely implementation across the organization.
n Ensure timely closure of books and reconciliation activities
n n Required Skills & Qualifications:
n n 4–5 years of experience Post CA in finance, accounting, or controllership functions
n Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
n Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
n Valuable analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
