n About the Role:
n We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, preparation of working drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
n Develop design concepts and assist in the preparation of presentation drawings.
n Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
n Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams for design development and execution.
n Ensure drawings comply with project specifications,



local regulations, and industry standards.
n Assist in site coordination and address design-related queries during project execution.
n Prepare design documentation and maintain project records.
n Review and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
n n Requirements:
n n Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
n 2+ years of relevant architectural experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
n Experience in architectural design and preparation of working drawings.
n Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
n Positive understanding of municipal regulations and building codes.
n Strong communication and coordination skills.
n Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
