Job Description Role: Demand & Lead Gen Executive

n Overview:
n As a Demand Generation & Lead Generation Executive, you will play a key role in building Swabhav Techlabs' growth engine. You will work at the intersection of market research, business strategy, marketing, and client engagement — understanding where opportunities exist, identifying the right organisations and decision-makers, creating meaningful outreach and campaigns, and turning market insights into qualified business opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys researching, thinking, experimenting, engaging with prospects, and taking ownership of building a repeatable business pipeline.
n Key Responsibilities:
n 1) Understand Swabhav's business, target markets, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
n 2) Conduct market, industry, account, and prospect research.
n 3) Identify potential clients and relevant decision-makers.
n 4) Plan and execute B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
n 5) Develop relevant content, messaging, and campaign ideas for target audiences.
n 6) Generate, qualify,



and track leads and build a consistent sales pipeline.
n 7) Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and continuously experiment and improve.
n 8) Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and requirements.
n 9) Coordinate with internal teams to move qualified opportunities forward.
n What We Are Looking For
n n 1–4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, B2B Marketing, GTM, Lead Generation, Market Research, Business Research, or related fields.
n Experience in a B2B, SaaS, technology, startup, or consulting environment is preferred.
n Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n Valuable understanding of lead generation, ICP, campaigns, and pipeline building.
n Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with prospects.
n Curious, proactive, intelligent, and comfortable taking ownership.
n Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and experiment with new approaches.
