n About the Role
n We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Group Account Manager to lead multiple client portfolios while mentoring a team of Account Managers and Client Servicing Executives. The ideal candidate should have a strong agency background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while ensuring timely and high-quality campaign execution.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage a portfolio of multiple key client accounts across branding, digital, social media, production, and integrated marketing.
n Build robust relationships with clients and act as their primary strategic partner.
n Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Account Managers and Client Servicing Executives.
n Ensure smooth coordination between Creative, Strategy, Social Media, Production, Design, Video, Performance Marketing, and Finance teams.
n Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable creative briefs.
n Drive campaign planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining quality standards.
n Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
n Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing clients.
n Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
n Resolve client escalations proactively and maintain high client satisfaction.
n Monitor project profitability and ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
n Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
n Support new business pitches and strategic presentations whenever required.
n Stay updated with industry trends,

n n Requirements
n n 6 - 8 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management within an advertising or digital agency.
n Proven experience managing multiple large client accounts.
n Experience leading and mentoring client servicing teams.
n Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, video production, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
n Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
n Ability to work in a fast-paced agency setting and manage multiple priorities.
n Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
n Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
