Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Production cum Service Engineer with strong technical knowledge in mechanical and plastics engineering. The role involves commissioning of supplied equipment, coordinating with customers and factory teams, and providing after-sales service and training. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in engineering machinery along with good customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle commissioning of supplied equipment with sound knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.

- Coordinate with customers to ensure availability of utilities before equipment installation.

- Plan and confirm customer visits (on-site/phone) before commissioning work.

- Work closely with factory staff to align resources and activities for smooth commissioning.

- Provide maintenance and operation training to customers post-commissioning.

- Conduct regular customer visits or follow-ups for after-sales service and support.

- Address customer queries, resolve technical issues,



and ensure high satisfaction levels.

- Maintain service reports, documentation, and updates for internal records.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Plastic Technology.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an engineering/manufacturing company.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

- Hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and servicing.

- Good communication and coordination skills for customer interaction.

- Ability to travel for customer visits and service requirements.

- Problem-solving attitude with customer-centric approach.
