Colour Consultant – Retail Store (Dealer Based Role)
Job Title: Colour Consultant
Location: Dealer Store (Odisha, Angul)
Reporting To: Dealer

Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and creative Colour Consultant to provide end-to-end painting and décor solutions at the dealer store.
The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable colour combinations, products, and design solutions, and driving sales through consultative engagement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer Consultation & Solution Selling

- Understand customer needs and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance on colour selection, product choices, and décor solutions for homes and commercial spaces.
- Offer complete painting and décor consultation services available at the store.
- Educate customers about Safe Painting Services (SPS) and its perks.

2. Sales & Business Development

- Pitch high-quality and premium products to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to maximize value.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets across various product categories.
- Maintain strong in-store customer engagement to drive repeat business.

3. Store-Based Operations

- Work from the dealer shop and coordinate directly with the dealer.
- Ensure smooth execution of consultation and service processes.
- Maintain basic reporting and documentation using MS Office tools.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education:

- BSc / MSc in Interior Designing, Fine Arts, or any Creative Field (Preferred), OR
- Any Graduate with Diploma in Interior Designing, OR
- Any Fresher Graduate

Age Limit: Up to 24 years Languages Required: Hindi, English, and Local Language Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
