- Operation Management: Resources planning & control (Press shop, Weld shop, Tool room & assembly)
- Machine exposure (Press up to 2600 T, Brake Press, Roll Forming, Mig, Spot and projection Welding)
- Process exposure (Coiling, Uncoiling, Slitting, Rolling, Pipe Bending-Manual & robotics, Air Bending, Bottoming & other press cutting and non-cutting operation with progressive tooling, Mig Welding, Spot welding, Projection welding)
- TPM and WCM training.
- Program on value adding supervision organized by Meehan associates Mumbai.
- Official Trainer in Amtek India Ltd.Khandsa road Gurgaon
- Lean manufacturing journey two year under certified mentor.
- Low cast manufacturing principle under japans team counselor otaka san /Asano San (m/s kasuya gpp pvt ltd Ghaziabad)




- Visited M/S HINO MOTOR LTD Japan ,M/S SOHSHIN CO.LTD Japan , M/S KPI Japan to create Japanese work shop floor culture
- Model line developed in current organization in the guidance of Japanese mentor’s.
- Working with principal of PQT (US Methodology to improve total productivity )in guidance of Mr. David J. Sumanth (Author TPMgt)

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates Must be B.tech Mechanical with 20-25 Year Experience in Sheet metal Press Shop Weld shop and forging division
