Responsible for managing a company's human resources.

The ideal candidate will hire, train, and manage employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

They will develop and implement programs to improve employee performance and handle employee grievances.

They are required to direct and oversee essential processes, such as the hiring processes involved in appointing new employees, training employees, and dismissing employees.

Human resources (HR) professionals oversee many aspects of the employment process, including:

- Recruitment: HR professionals arrange interviews, coordinate hiring efforts, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding and training: HR professionals ensure a smooth onboarding experience for recent employees.
- Payroll:
