Roles & Responsibilities:

1.
Support to achieve monthly & yearly sales Targets of Bihar and enhance of market share.

2. Help Sales team in appointment of new dealers throughout the region.

3. Follow up with distributor and sales person district wise for payment & primary sales.

4. Contribute in recent business development.

5. Help Management to formulate discounts, schemes, also assist in manpower restructuring process.

6. Dealer Management.

7. Competitor’s activities report.

8. Team management.

9.
Periodic visits to godowns and stock monitoring.
