Position: Maintenance Manager - Paint Shop

Location: Zorli near by Vapi

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Industries: Automobile

Responsibilities:

- Lead maintenance operations of

- Peint Shop machines (Robots, Metallizing, PVO systems
- Presses / Shearing machi n es
- Furnace & Ball Peening machines
- Uti litigs — AHIJ, Chillers, Scrubber systems
- Oversee Electrical & Mechanical maintenance activities including:
- PLC (Mitsubishi & Delta) systems
- AC/OC Drives & Servo Motors
- Temperature & Pre ssure Controllers
- Hydraulic Pneumatic systems
- Develop and implement
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance plans
- Shutdown ma intenance plannineg
- Maintenance SOPs & checklists

Required Skills

- Maintenance I PLC I Utility Management I MTTR/ MTBF

- Improvement I TPM I Preventive Maintenance I Shutdown Planning 'ATF Compliance I OHSAS I Team
- Leadership I Budget Control

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
