Role: Senior Accountant
Location: Shaikpet, Hyd
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: Upto 35000
6 days Working
Day Shifts

Skills:

- Financial Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist with audits, both internal and external.

- Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

- Accounting Process Management:

- Manage and oversee general ledger activities.




- Review and approve journal entries.
- Develop and document accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.

- Supervision & Training:

- Supervise and train junior accountants and staff.
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance and support.
- Review the work of junior staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Other Responsibilities:

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Support business processes and accounting policies.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
- May also be involved in special projects or initiatives as needed.
