We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Figma, Axure RP, and possess a strong portfolio that showcases creative design thinking, interaction design, and user research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design seamless user experiences for both web and mobile applications.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Axure RP.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable feedback.

- Translate research insights into user-friendly design solutions.

- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistency.





- Iterate designs based on data and user feedback in an agile development workplace.

- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

- Expertise in Figma for design systems, prototyping, and collaboration.

- Strong skills in Axure RP for wireframing and interactive prototypes.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Experience designing for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, web).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is advantageous.
