Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Takwe - Pune

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Industries: Rubber

Responsibilities:

- Production Planning:

- Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality, maintenance).

Team Management:

- Supervise and train production staff.
- Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and address concerns.

Quality Control:

- Ensure products meet quality standards.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives.

Safety and Compliance:

- Maintain a secure working environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Equipment Maintenance:

- Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize resources.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry/Diploma

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA
