We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in the versatile plastic packaging industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting a wide range of flexible packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets such as FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, etc.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies.
- Customer Coordination:
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, product performance, and customer demands.
Key Requirements:
- 3–8 years of sales experience in flexible packaging or B2B industrial products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade exhibitions.
