looking for a dedicated Telecaller to support our sales and service operations.
Responsibilities:
* Call existing & potential clients for sales follow-up & AMC renewals
* Explain DG set products, AMCs, and offers
* Maintain CRM & Excel-based call records
* Follow up on IndiaMART & JustDial leads
* Coordinate with sales/service teams
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of telecalling experience preferred
* Positive communication in Hindi/Bengali (basic English)
* Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM knowledge
* Female candidates preferred
