Role Summary:
Bachelor degree with 4 to 6 years of experience of chemical industry. Responsible for review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels, experience in engineering storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping of manufacturing industry. Execute all day-to-day activities of the Store and Maintain Stores Documentation, Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and Issue and Track Purchase Orders and Deliveries. Handling purchase requisition, quote and issuance of PO. Order processing & invoicing. Prefer from Chemical Industry.
Job Descriptions
Procurement and sourcing of a dedicated buying portfolio (packaging and chemicals) in a cost effective, timely and qualified manner
Purchase materials from approved suppliers to support the production plan, agreed stock targets and according to exact specifications (considering price, quality, service and compliance).
Monitor and report on supplier performance.
Maintain Purchase records to support production as needed and maintain appropriate stock levels.
Work in compliance with a GMP environment.
Maintain Master Data, purchasing information records, source lists for raw materials, non-printed packaging and consumables.
Communication in a cross-functional working environment to achieve plans, goals and outcomes.
Liaise with Quality Control department and suppliers to ensure quality, service, delivery and continuity of supply as well as participate in audits as required.
Responsible of invoicing and day to day purchase.
MIS report related Inward entry and stock.
Co-ordination with the production regarding the raw material.
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate / Preferred Diploma / BE Chemical/ Mechanical
Experience Required: Minimum 4-5 Years in any chemical manufacturing
