Job Title: MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain MIS reports as per business requirements.

- Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.

- Automate reporting processes using Excel and other tools.

- Coordinate with different departments to gather data and understand reporting needs.

- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.

- Identify trends and provide insights for business improvement.

- Create and manage databases and ensure data integrity.

- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely solutions.

- Support management in strategic planning through data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles.

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).

- Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
