Key Responsibilities:

- Product Design & Development: Lead the design and development of current products, ensuring they meet customer needs, market trends, and company objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer preferences, competitor products, and industry trends.
- Prototyping: Develop prototypes and test them to ensure functionality, safety, and market viability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to bring products from concept to market.
- Product Testing: Oversee product testing and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Cost Management: Monitor production costs and ensure that product development stays within budget.
- Product Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the product development process, including design specifications and testing reports.
- Continuous Improvement:



Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing products and processes to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the product line.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Product Developer or similar role in product design and development.
- Strong knowledge of product development processes, including ideation, prototyping, and production.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other product design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Understanding of market research, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering, or a related field, or a master’s degree is a plus.
