Job Description:

Working with RBL Bank Ltd, As senior branch head. • Managing branch with a deposits size of 220 Cr. Plus. • Effectively managing a team of Relationship managers of various business segments for RBL. Also managing CASA Acquisition Team, NR, Assets and Business Banking RM, departments i.e. Wealth, GIB, Assets, business banking, trade, credit cards and securities etc. • Monitoring Assets team for their day to day transactions i.e. Loan collections, Payments, Loan closures, Issuance of Loan NOC etc. • Working closely with operations team for daily transactions and helping and guiding them for Vigilance and FCU like AML, • Primary focus on Acquisition team for quality sourcing and value enhancement. • Focusing on achieving NTB acquisition to enhance market share, with quality acquisition. • Excellent Knowledge on selling Insurance Life & Health, also on other investment products like PMS • Guiding and helping all the team members in making right choices to acquire potential clients, which leads to achieve their Monthly/ quarterly targets with excellent results.



• Responsible for the Profitability of the branch with the help of effective selling techniques and ideas. • Playing a leading role in running a successful branch by making the right choices to deliver excellent results and achieve Goals.
