Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, including contractors, builders, distributors, and retailers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide product knowledge and assist clients in selecting the right plywood products for their needs.
- Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and product demands.
- Product Promotion:
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Present and demonstrate products to customers and explain their benefits.
- Order and Payment Management:
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor payment collections and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress and performance.
