Job Description:

A Manager Finance and Accounts oversees all daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring accurate ledger maintenance (GAAP/IND-AS). They are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, tax compliances (GST, TDS), audit management, and financial analysis to support senior leadership in strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Accounting Operations: Manage AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger integrity.
- Compliance & Tax: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST filing, Income Tax assessments, and company law.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to create annual budgets and analyze variances.
- Audit Management: Lead internal, statutory, and tax audits, coordinating with external auditors.
- Internal Controls:



Strengthen internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and manage the finance and accounts team.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a CA/CPA/ICWA qualification.
- Experience: 7-8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP), MS Excel, and strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS).
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

- Accuracy of financial records.
- Timely completion of month-end closing.
- Adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Effectiveness of internal control systems.
