Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Printing Operator with a strong background in plastic moulding and printing processes. The ideal candidate should be skilled in operating, monitoring, and maintaining printing machines used for plastic products, ensuring high-quality output and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and manage printing machines used in plastic moulding/packaging industries (e.g., offset, flexographic, screen, or pad printing).
- Set up machines for production runs, including ink mixing, colour matching, and registration adjustments.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure print accuracy, colour consistency, and defect-free output.
- Maintain machines through routine servicing, cleaning, and minor repairs to reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues during production runs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.




- Collaborate with production and moulding teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain records of production, wastage, and machine maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Printing Operator in the plastic moulding/packaging industry.
- Hands-on experience with printing on plastic components/surfaces.
- Solid knowledge of inks, solvents, and colour mixing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and printing specifications.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with machine operations and shift work.

Preferred Qualities:

- Experience in pad printing, screen printing, or heat transfer printing on plastics.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
