Position Title: In-House Architect
Department: Design & Development / Projects

Reporting To: Project Head / Director / CEO
Experience: 3–10 years (based on level)
Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch (licensed architect preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and working drawings for new construction and renovation projects

- Prepare 2D/3D layouts, elevations, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools

- Conduct site analysis, space planning, and feasibility studies

- Coordinate with MEP, structural, interior, and civil teams for integrated project delivery

- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations

- Monitor project progress from concept to execution to ensure design intent is maintained





- Collaborate with procurement and construction teams for material selection and budget alignment

- Prepare and present design proposals and mood boards to management

- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve in office challenges

- Stay updated with modern architectural trends, materials, and sustainable practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a recognized university

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, or other design tools

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills

- Experience working in-house (real estate, corporate, retail, etc.) is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
