1.Managerial skill, Capable to handle all sites and coordinating with Site
Managers in planning and executing day to day works.
2. Willing to travel as per requirement.
3. To ensure all planned activities are carried out in the most productive way,
Making of SOP, Lifting Plane and Project Schedule etc.
4. Manpower allocation and management for various site.
5. Keeping vigil on the safety of personnel and equipment during all
maintenance activities.
6. To provide technical information and data as required by the Manager /
superiors.
7. Coordinating with other Client and other Departments towards smooth
functioning of engineering department.
8. Focusing on innovations and subsequent modifications as means of
improvements
9. Keeping up with the latest technical developments in equipment




specifications, maintenance procedures, and products and keeping other
technical and operations staff advice of such developments.
10. Planning strategies for keeping projects on-schedule and on-budget, Team
player & multi-tasking, Problem solving & handling skill. Leadership
quality & man power management.

Requirement:

- Have the knowledge of MS-office, Mail communication, Creating technical documentation.
- 20 years of experience in Managerial position who handled
Port Cranes or Larg Industrial Cranes (EOT) Erection, Retrofit, Upgrading and
Modernising Projects at Multiple Project Site at a time.
