Job Description:

- Order execution, customer interaction (email and phone), quotes. Each person will be part of a person team who will handle a specific portfolio of customers.
- Customer interaction is B2B
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for technical products/solutions.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Provide basic technical explanations, specifications, and product support to clients.
- Prepare technical quotations, proposals, and datasheets.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams for technical clarifications.
- Maintain customer, enquiry, and order data in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to close sales opportunities.
- Support technical marketing activities and product presentations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring technical accuracy.
- Prepare sales reports, technical feedback, and market insights.

Education : Diploma/ BE

Job Location: Gandhinagar

Salary: Negotiable based on current salary and experience.
