Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer to join our Machine Shop Division. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in CNC and VMC programming, hands-on experience in production management, and proven skills in manpower handling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities in the machine shop
- Handle CNC and VMC programming and ensure optimal machine utilization
- Supervise and manage production team and manpower allocation
- Monitor production targets, quality, and process improvements
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth operations
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
CTC:
Rs. 45,000 – 50,000
