Job Description: As a Reheating Furnace Incharge, you'll be responsible for the safe and productive operation of the reheating furnace, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules, while also overseeing maintenance and resolving issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Furnace Operation:
- Monitor and adjust furnace parameters (temperature, gas flow, etc.) to maintain optimal operating conditions.
- Load and unload materials (e.g., steel slabs) into the furnace, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Inspect furnace equipment for any defects or wear and tear.

- Maintenance and Repairs:

- Identify and address any equipment malfunctions or required repairs.
- Participate in planned maintenance activities and ensure equipment is in good working condition.

- Safety:

- Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Teamwork and Supervision:





- Work closely with other operators and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- May be responsible for training and supervising other furnace operators.

- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of furnace operations and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports on production performance and equipment issues.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of reheating furnace operation and maintenance.
- Understanding of relevant safety procedures and regulations.
