Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis to identify potential solutions.
- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for IT initiatives.
- Work closely with project managers and development teams to prioritize and implement solutions.
- Perform data analysis and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and resolve issues.
- Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and training materials.
- Ensure that IT solutions align with business goals and objectives.
- Provide support and training to end users for recent applications and systems.
- Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks.
