Key duties involve prospecting, conducting presentations, negotiating, coordinating projects, and tracking progress, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, often using CRM software like Salesforce. Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

- Sales & Growth: Develop strategies to meet sales targets, identify new opportunities, and close deals.

- Communication: Liaise with internal teams (creative, support, marketing) and external clients, preparing reports, notes, and presentations.

- Project Coordination:



Assist with project planning, tracking deliverables, ensuring deadlines, and managing client expectations.

- Needs Assessment: Understand client challenges to provide tailored solutions and gather feedback for product development.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
