- Assist in day-to-day production activities and shop-floor coordination
- Monitor fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing processes to ensure timely execution.
- Support production planning and scheduling to achieve delivery targets.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and project teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety practices.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, process documentation, and work records.
- Identify production issues and support troubleshooting activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency,enhancement.
- Assist in material handling, inventory tracking, and resource utilization.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment.
Required Skills:
- Internship or training experience in manufacturing/production setting.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical equipment or process industries will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of GMP, ASME, fabrication standards, or industrial safety practices preferred.
