Position: Maintenance Fitter

Location: Degam near by vapi

Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

- To manage day to day maintenance of the plant.
- Fault finding of all mechanically performed Equipment’s.
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of all utility & process equipment’s to be carried out & recoded as per check list.
- Co-ordination with other departments
- Recording of all data in plant log book.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of measuring instrument like Verner Caliper, Micrometer and height gauge, filler Gauge, Dial Gauge etc.
- Knowledge of Maintenance Alignment of precision equipment’s.
- Knowledge of maintenance of Process plant Equipment’s like Reactors, Heat Exchanges, Pumps, Gear Box, Vacuum pumps, Dryers, Centrifuges, Pelletizers, Mechanical Seal etc.
- Knowledge of maintenance of Utilities like Boiler, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Chillers, Nitrogen Plant, Root Blowers etc.

Required Qualification: - ITI- Fitter

Salary :- Upto 2.40 LPA
