Position: Executive/Sr. Executive - Process Automation

Location: Mundra

Experience: 5 - 7 Years.

Industries: Chemicals

Responsibilities:-

- Should be able to Handle various control system DCS/PLC especially ABB 800 XA, Yokogawa Centum VP.
- Understanding of ANSI/ISA-88, ANSI/ISA-95 standards for Control Recipe Developments for various products.
- Development of Data base for various product and DCS to Oracle Integrations.
- Deep programming knowledge in various DCS languages like SFC, FBD, C/C++ programming, Ladder logic.
- Hands on experience in development of process and safety Interlocks/Logics building and execution.
- Implementation of various HAZOP recommendations in coordination with operational /Project teams.
- Experience in process Control techniques.
- Should be able to handle FAT/SAT with various OEM teams for control systems
- Basic field Instrumentation Knowledge.
- Alarms/Reports Management




- Proper documentation and hand over of completed projects and training to plant/DCS operators
- Support to Plant Automation/ Instrumentation team for implementing recent/existing projects.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of DCS/PLC configurations, Microsoft Office, Documentation
- Engineering Detailing in DCS/Control system, Field Instrumentation, Logic/Receipes Developments
- Develop and implement process safety interlocks
- Pogramming and compliance with ANSI/ISA standards.

Required Qualification: - B.E./B.Tech - Instrumentation

Salary: - Upto 10.00 LPA
