Research Faculty / Research Fellow (Computer Science and Engineering)

The Research Fellow is expected to contribute to high-quality research, innovation, and technology development in emerging areas of Computer Science and Engineering. The candidate should possess a strong research background and be capable of developing cutting-edge solutions through interdisciplinary research, industry collaboration, and funded research projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research in emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT).
- Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences, file patents, contribute to funded research projects, and collaborate with industry and academic partners.

Qualification:

- M.E./M. Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)



or Allied Branches with a strong academic background.
- Ph. D Mandatory

Salary and Benefits: CIT offers competitive salaries commensurate with an applicant’s qualifications and experience. Higher pay (₹8 LPA to ₹20 LPA) will be offered to candidates with research grants and quality publications. CIT supports Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity and incentives for research grants and publications along with support for filing patents.

Faculty can do their research work based on their research interest in any of the 30+ Centers of Excellence (COE).
