We are looking for experienced Automotive domain Engineer with strong expertise in Chassis.

? Experience: 5-9 Years
? Location: Chennai

? Qualification: B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical)

Design & Development.

✅ Required Skills:

- CATIA V5 / 3DX
- Chassis CAD Design
- GD&T;
- Part Modelling
- Drafting & Drawing
- Assembly & Kinematics
- Sheet Metal Design
- Manufacturing Processes
- Teamcenter Engineering
- Vis Mockup
- WERS, GPDS & DPA 0/1 knowledge
- Global Change Management (GCM)

✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Design and development of chassis systems including Brakes, Suspension, Wheels & Tires.
- Develop CAD models, drawings, and GD&T; in CATIA V5/3DX.
- Support chassis aggregate design and engineering decisions.




- Drive components from concept to production readiness.
- Work closely with D&R; engineers, suppliers, and global stakeholders.
- Ensure manufacturability, assembly feasibility, and serviceability.
- Support Current Product Development (NPD) programs and milestone deliveries.

⭐ Preferred:

- Experience in Ford product development processes.
- Knowledge of WERS, GPDS, DPA, and GCM.
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.
