We have been in the market for 10+ years and currently serve around ten thousand clients in India, US and GCC.

About The Role

Own end-to-end payroll delivery for a portfolio of Keka Managed Services clients in the US. This is a hands-on, client-facing role responsible for payroll operations, federal/state/local tax compliance, client relationships, and timely delivery.

What You'll Own

- Manage end-to-end US payroll cycles across bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls.
- Oversee federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance and filings.
- Manage multi-state payroll complexities, deductions, benefits, garnishments, and payroll reconciliations.
- Manage payroll notices, amendments, and compliance-related issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong relationships.
- Own delivery timelines, SLAs, escalations, and client communication.




- Identify process gaps and drive automation and continuous improvement.

What You Bring — Must-Haves

- Strong knowledge of US payroll processes, tax compliance, and multi-state payroll.
- 3+ years of payroll delivery experience in an HR Tech, Payroll Tech, or B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with platforms such as Gusto, Rippling, Justworks, Deel, Papaya, Tri Net, ADP, Paylocity, Paycom, Paycor, or similar.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Robust Excel and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.

Nice to Have

- Hands-on experience with CheckHQ or similar modern US payroll platforms.
- FPC or CPP certification.
- Experience managing multi-state payroll and prior-vendor migrations.
- Exposure to advanced Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards.
- Experience with state tax registration processes.
